When you receive your phone, it will need to be activated. We will provide the necessary instructions informing you how to activate your phone.
Will my phone arrive with the First Interstate Bank Mobile App installed?
The app will not be preloaded on your phone; however, you will receive an SMS text message once your phone is activated with a link to the correct app for your mobile device.
What if I don't like the phone I've ordered?
If you are dissatisfied with your new phone, please go online to receive a Return Authorization number. Then, ship the phone back within 14 days using the included pre-paid envelope.
What if there is something wrong with the phone when I receive it?
