Why did I receive a survey?

As a valued client, you are the best authority on the banking services and products that deserve your trust. Your input will help us identify what we got right, areas to improve, and ways to make your client experience even better.

Why should I complete the survey?

First Interstate’s mission is to help people and their money work better together. To do that, we must understand your needs and expectations. Additionally, we need a strong response rate for the results to be meaningful.

Who is selected to participate in the survey?

The survey is sent to business and consumer clients who have a valid email address on file and have given permission to receive marketing emails. Consumer clients must be over the age of 18. We have excluded current employees of First Interstate...

How will I receive the survey?

We have partnered with Qualtrics to conduct this survey via email. The email will contain a secure link to the survey and does not ask for any sensitive information.

What are the focus areas of the survey?

The survey seeks responses about how likely a client is to recommend First Interstate to friends or family, clients’ perceptions of resolved problems, and the ease of using our online and mobile banking services.

Is the survey confidential?

No. Client responses are recorded so follow up can be provided in the event a client needs additional support or products and services.

How long will it take to complete the survey?

The survey will only take about 5 minutes to complete.

What happens to my answers after I complete the survey?

Your feedback is compiled and analyzed to identify what we did well, what needs improvement, and where opportunities lie to serve you even better. Every comment is read by our Client Insights team.

How will the survey results be used?

We use your feedback to make changes at your branch, in our digital banking applications, within our Client Contact Center, and on our First Interstate Bank website. We also compare current responses with historic responses to analyze changes and...

Each survey will be available for the client to complete for up to 60 days. No client will receive more than one survey every 6 months.
