Starting January 10, 2024, we will begin issuing our new Client Experience Survey to all business and retail clients who have a valid email address on file and have given permission to receive marketing emails. The email will contain a secure link to the survey and does not ask for any sensitive information.
The survey is sent, and results aggregated, by our partners at Qualtrics, a leading experience management company.
Client feedback helps us make strategic decisions about products, services, opportunities, and areas for improvement. But we need a strong response rate for the results to be meaningful. Here’s what you need to know:
- The survey will only take about 5 minutes to complete.
- Every comment is read by our Client Insights team.
- We take client privacy seriously. We do not spam.
- This information is vital to our future success; we care what clients think.
