ACH Schedule for Indigenous Peoples’ Day/Columbus Day

Business Online Banking ACH files must be received by Thursday, October 10, in order to settle before the upcoming federal holiday (Indigenous Peoples’ Day/Columbus Day). ACH files received on Friday October 11, will not settle until Tuesday, October 15.

Answer:

Yes. Contact the Client Support Center at 855-342-3400 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time, and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time, to notify us of your travel plans. This will help prevent temporary holds for suspect transactions associated with your debit card activity.
