Answer:

On occasion, First Interstate Bank will reject transactions from foreign countries due to increased fraud activity originating in those countries. Before traveling to minimize the risk of your transactions being impacted, please add your travel plans using Card Controls through online banking or the mobile app, or call the Client Support Center at 855-342-3400 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. MT, and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. MT.
