Personal Debit/ATM Cards

I have debit card transactions on my account that I am not familiar with. Do I need to close my checking account?

Answer:

You do not need to close your checking account if the transactions were initiated on your debit card. You will, however, need to cancel your debit card if the transactions are unauthorized. Contact your local branch or the Client Support Center at 855-342-3400 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time, and Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time, for further information.
