If I'm traveling, do I still need to notify the First Interstate if I have set location controls on the FIB Debit Manager app?

No, if you have added your travel plans using debit card controls through online banking or mobile app you no longer need to contact First Interstate. If you need to contact the Client Support Center for any other reason please call 855-342-3400 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. MT, and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. MT.
