Annie Myers has been promoted to the position of Banking Strategy Implementation Manager.
In this role, Myers will report to the Chief Banking Officer, providing thought partnership to executive leaders and managing strategic deliverables. In addition, Myers is responsible for overall management of business led and related projects and will actively lead key strategic decisions to ensure that business leaders and frontline employees have the proper tools and resources to maximize their effectiveness. She will office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Myers brings an extensive background in project management and process improvement from her 20-year banking career with Wells Fargo, Great Western Bank, and First Interstate. She most recently served as First Interstate’s Senior Business Resiliency Officer.
Myers attended University of Minnesota Duluth, holds Coaching and Training Certificates from the Association for Talent Development as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan.
