It’s time for our annual “Voice of the Client” survey, which will be conducted from Monday, October 30 through Sunday, November 12, 2017. Via email, we will ask a random sample of clients to complete an online survey. Participants are asked to candidly assess their relationship with First Interstate, evaluate our delivery of products and services, and express concerns (or compliments!).
The email will be sent by our survey consultant, PeopleMetrics, from the following email address: email@example.com. The email will contain a secure link to the survey, which should take about 15 minutes to complete and does not ask for any sensitive personal information, such as account details or Social Security Numbers.
