Activate Your New Mastercard® Debit Card Today

Earlier this summer, First Interstate Bank began exclusively offering Mastercard debit card products to our personal and business customers.

As part of this transition, existing First Interstate Bank VISA® debit cardholders received new Mastercard debit cards in the mail during the month of July. Reissued cards include Debit Mastercard®, World DebitTM Mastercard® (replaces the VISA® Platinum Card), Business Debit Mastercard®, and Health Savings Account Debit Mastercard®. ATM cards will be reissued during the month of August. If you have not already done so, please activate your new Mastercard by calling 1-877-861-3478. As of September 15, 2013, your VISA® CheckCard will no longer work. If you have not yet received your new Mastercard, please contact Customer Support at 1-888-833-3451.

After you receive your new card, you must provide your new card number and expiration date to companies (like online service providers, newspapers, or the phone company) that automatically bill your card.
