Mobile Banking Requirements

Mobile Text Banking

Must have a text-enabled mobile phone. The majority of all mobile devices in the US now support text messages. To find out if your mobile device supports text messages, contact your mobile service provider. There are some phone plans that do not support shortcodes which is required to use this service.

Mobile Web Banking

You must have an Internet-enabled mobile phone and it must support WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) 2.2 or higher, the international standard for applications using wireless communication. Most phones today support WAP. To find out if your mobile device is Internet-enabled, contact your mobile service provider. The mobile service provider must offer a true version of mobile web access. Downloadable applications required to run browser access will not function with this service.

Mobile Deposit

In order to function properly, devices should be of the following specifications.  

  • 2 megapixel camera
  • Android™ 4.3 operating system or greater
  • iPhone® iOS 8 or greater
