I made a duplicate payment on my Consumer loan, what happens to the extra payment?

Category: Personal   Service: Consumer Loans | Updated: September 20th, 2023

Answer:

If you made a duplicate payment to your loan in error, you will need to notify the Bank to request a refund. If you do not request a refund, the extra payment will go towards your next scheduled bill or towards your principal balance.

If you would like to request a refund for a duplicate payment, or verify how the extra payment was applied, please call our Client Contact Center at 855-342-3400 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time, and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
