When will I receive my year-end interest statement?

Answer:

Year-end statements related to interest paid or received will be mailed out by the end of January each year. Year-end statements can also be accessed through online banking by logging in to your Online Banking and selecting the “My Mortgage” tab and then choosing Documents.
