I just got a new debit card and it's not working. Why?

Answer:

The card must be activated prior to use. Please use Card Controls through online banking or the mobile app or call the 800# printed on the sticker on your debit card.  If you are still having problems, contact your local branch or Client Support Center for any other reason please call 855-342-3400 Monday through Friday, 7:30a.m. to 7:00p.m. MT, and Saturday, 9:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. MT.
