First Interstate’s newest branch, located at 1700 NW Mulholland Drive in Roseburg, Oregon, is open for business and is serving clients. The branch replaces First Interstate’s previous location on 780 NW Garden Valley Blvd.
“We are constantly looking for new ways to meet our clients’ needs, and this new branch features an open-concept floor plan, bright new interiors, drive-up window, and improved layout and technology,” said Tabitha Layman, Roseburg branch manager. “We look forward to seeing you at the new building soon!”
Chambers Construction served as the general contractor for the project, and First Interstate utilized sustainable construction materials and technology throughout the building process.
First Interstate will be partnering with the Roseburg Chamber of Commerce to host an official ribbon cutting ceremony and open house later in September.
