Starting September 25, 2024, we will be sending our annual Client Relationship Survey to all clients with emails on file and have given permission to receive marketing emails. The survey will gather insights into client satisfaction, loyalty, trust and confidence in our products and services. A reminder will be sent three days after the initial launch.
The survey is sent, and results aggregated, by our partners at Qualtrics, a leading experience management company.
Client feedback helps us make strategic decisions about products, services, opportunities, and areas for improvement. But we need a strong response rate for the results to be meaningful. Here’s what you need to know:
- The survey will only take about 5-7 minutes to complete.
- We take client privacy seriously. We do not spam.
- This information is vital to our future success; we care what clients think.
