ACH Schedule for Indigenous Peoples’ Day/Columbus Day

Business Online Banking ACH files must be received by Thursday, October 10, in order to settle before the upcoming federal holiday (Indigenous Peoples’ Day/Columbus Day). ACH files received on Friday October 11, will not settle until Tuesday, October 15.

You will continue to earn 1 point per dollar spent for every eligible purchase with your FirstRewards® World Mastercard®. On August 14, 2023, you can re-enroll at rewards.firstinterstate.com to begin redeeming rewards in the updated program!

Rewards Blackout Period

You may choose to redeem points within the current program until 11:59 p.m. ET August 6, 2023.

From August 7-13, you will not be able to redeem or view reward points. You will continue to earn points during this period.

When the new program launches August 14, 2023, outstanding points will convert as outlined in the rewards letter mailed in early July.

Verify Client Information

For your security, you will need to enter the email address or cell phone number that matches bank records for the card each time you login to the new platform. If you need to update your account information, please follow the below instructions:
