Refreshed FirstRewards Credit Card Loyalty Program Coming Soon!

Because we are committed to providing you meaningful benefits and rewards, we are expanding our FirstRewards® Program.

Beginning August 14, 2023, you will have access to an updated loyalty program with the ability to redeem for a wider variety of rewards and improved values, including: 

Cash Back

As a statement credit to your FirstRewards® World Mastercard® credit card

Improved Travel

Including airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and more

Gift Cards

Both national and local businesses, as well as Mastercard® prepaid cards

Expanded merchandise options as well as the ability to donate to your favorite charity

You will continue to earn 1 point per dollar spent for every eligible purchase with your FirstRewards® World Mastercard®. On August 14, 2023, you can re-enroll at rewards.firstinterstate.com to begin redeeming rewards in the updated program!

Rewards Blackout Period

You may choose to redeem points within the current program until 11:59 p.m. ET August 6, 2023.

From August 7-13, you will not be able to redeem or view reward points. You will continue to earn points during this period.

When the new program launches August 14, 2023, outstanding points will convert as outlined in the rewards letter mailed in early July.

Verify Client Information

For your security, you will need to enter the email address or cell phone number that matches bank records for the card each time you login to the new platform. If you need to update your account information, please follow the below instructions:
