First Interstate Bank has received notification that some customers are receiving automated phone calls from a caller pretending to be MasterCard.

A PIN is automatically mailed to you when the account is opened, if you can’t remember your current PIN call 1-888-833-3454 option #3. A Customer Service Representative will ask a few questions and process the request to have a reminder PIN sent. PINs may be requested only by telephone, and must be mailed to the address listed on the account. Standard mailing time is approximately 7 to 10 days.
