Business Online Banking ACH files must be received by Thursday, February 14 in order to settle before the upcoming federal holiday (Washington’s Birthday). ACH files received on Friday, February 15 will not settle until Tuesday, February 19.

If you notice transactions on your account that you have not made, contact customer service immediately by calling the phone number provided on the back of your card. They will follow normal dispute processes to investigate the fraudulent transactions. Report a Lost or Stolen Card
