What if my gift/travel card is lost or stolen?

If your card has been lost or stolen, call 866-496-6183. A live agent is available 24 hours daily and will walk you through obtaining a replacement card. There will be a $5.00 fee assessed to your card balance to replace your card, and it may take up to 10 days to receive your replacement card.

A lost or stolen Gift Card cannot be replaced if the card was never registered via or the My Prepaid app.
