We’re excited to announce the roll-out of First Interstate Bank Mobile, a unified application that combines personal and business banking mobile applications.
Effective Wednesday, June 21, 2023, clients using online banking platforms will have one source for all their mobile banking needs, business or personal, in the First Interstate Bank Mobile app.
Note: This update does not include the FIB Corporate or Treasury Banking Suite mobile apps.
What’s changed?
Now, personal and business users will be able to sign in from the same application. Clients who have both personal and business logins will be able to store one of each of those credentials and select which account they wish to login to from the First Interstate Bank Mobile sign-in screen.
Personal-only users will be unaffected by the migration, experiencing it as any other app update you’d receive as part of the standard update process. The user interface will gain slight branding changes to the app icon and the app name.
Business users, however, will need to download the new First Interstate Bank Mobile app and stop using the legacy application. Enjoy all the features you are accustomed to, including Accounts, Transfers, Check Deposit, User Access, Alerts, and Settings, plus a refreshed look.
Your existing client credentials (personal and/or business) will work on First Interstate Bank Mobile app. All existing functionality, configurations, and entitlements will remain in place. There will be no downtime.

If you had previously downloaded the First Interstate Bank Business app, we encourage you to uninstall it from your device as it will degrade over time.
