What information do I need to open a joint account online?

Answer:

You will need the following, for both applicants, to open a joint account online:

  • You'll be asked for your U.S. Social Security number and valid form of identification including: Driver's license, State ID, Military ID, Tribal ID, or Passport.
  • You will need to provide personal information, a current and former mailing address (es) if you have not lived at your current address for a least 2 years..
  • You will also need a credit card, debit card, U.S. Checking or Savings Account to fund your new account(s).

If you are not a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Resident Alien and do not have this information, we will be unable to open an account online. Please visit one of our branches for assistance.
