After over 18 years with First Interstate, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Marcy Mutch, has announced her retirement, effective May 31, 2025. Deputy CFO David Della Camera will succeed her as the Bank’s next CFO.
Marcy has been First Interstate’s CFO since September 2015, previously serving as the Bank’s Investor Relations Officer from 2010 to 2015 and as Vice President of Corporate Tax from 2006 to 2010. “We are grateful for Marcy’s significant contributions during her over 18-year tenure at First Interstate, which spanned the Company’s initial public offering of equity securities with SEC that was completed in early 2010,” said Jim Reuter, First Interstate’s President and CEO. “Marcy’s deep knowledge of First Interstate paired with her financial industry experience has been instrumental in our financial performance over her decade of service as CFO.”
Effective June 1, 2025, David will step into the role of CFO. He will lead the Bank’s Finance and Corporate Real Estate teams, bringing his extensive expertise and visionary leadership to these critical areas.
David joined First Interstate in 2021 and has held a range of senior finance leadership roles at the Bank, most recently as Deputy CFO. In this role, David is responsible for First Interstate’s financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. David has also served as the Bank’s Director of Corporate Development and Financial Strategy as well as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, giving him a comprehensive and deep understanding of First Interstate’s financial and reporting functions.
