We earned recognition on two of Newsweek's 2026 America's Greatest Workplaces lists, ranking among the top community banks in the country for benefits and entry-level career opportunity.
Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group release the America's Greatest Workplaces rankings each year. The 2026 lists draw on independent research, including hundreds of thousands of employee surveys and millions of publicly available data points evaluating workplace culture, compensation, benefits, and career development.
We placed on two lists:
- America's Greatest Workplaces for Perks & Benefits — ranked 5th in banking nationally and 1st in Montana
- America's Greatest Workplaces for Entry Level — ranked 14th in banking nationally and 5th in Montana, the only Montana-based bank on the list
