Home offers stability, health, and opportunity. By partnering with FHLB Des Moines and local organizations, we help more families and individuals access safe, affordable housing. These investments strengthen neighborhoods, support local economies, and foster long‑term community well‑being.
“We’re honored to work alongside our partners to bring these vital housing projects to life,” said Amberly Pahut, First Interstate’s Director of Community Responsibility. “Together, we’re building homes and hope across our region.”
AHP is a competitive grant program of FHLB Des Moines. The program helps finance affordable housing for low‑ and moderate‑income households through partnerships with member financial institutions and local organizations.
