Starting September 28, 2025, we’ll launch our annual Client Relationship Survey. This brief survey is sent to clients who have an email on file and have opted in to receive marketing communications. It’s part of our Voice of the Client program, which helps us better understand your satisfaction, trust, and confidence in our products and services.

The survey is administered by our trusted partner, Qualtrics, and will be branded as First Interstate. Look for an email with the subject line: "First Interstate Bank: Your Voice Matters". A reminder will follow three days after the initial send.

What to Expect

We know your time is valuable. Here’s what you need to know before participating:

  • The survey takes about 5–7 minutes to complete
  • We never ask for personal or sensitive information
  • We do not send spam
  • Your feedback helps guide our future decisions
