A new phone scam is occurring whereby customers are receiving calls with an automated message that customer credit cards have been revoked, deactivated, or compromised and in order to reactivate the card the customer is required to enter confidential information (card number, expiration, pin, etc).
Calls are also occurring that don’t specifically reference First Interstate Bank. Customers have reported receiving these calls from the numbers below.
If you receive a call, do not provide any card information. This call is not from First Interstate Bank, and your accounts here have not been affected in any way. Please remember we will never ask for your card information over the phone.
