FirstRewards points expire?

Points do not expire unless your account is closed or inactive after 365 days. This means, if you do not have any transactions or incur any fees for 365 days, your point balance will be reduced to zero. Please see the Program Rules for additional details.


Will my personal credit card work if I am traveling?

If you know you will be traveling, call Payment Services at 855-342-3400, to inform us of the dates and areas of travel and a phone number where you can be reached. This will ensure continued access to your account while you are traveling.

How do I change my name on my personal credit card account (due to marriage or divorce)?

Send a copy of your marriage license or divorce decree along with a written, signed request to have your name changed. Requests can be sent to us by a secure message through Online Banking or mailed to the following address:
