What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Answer:

Call us immediately to report the card’s loss or theft. We will close the account and issue new cards. Payment Services can be reached M-F, 8 am-5 pm MST at 1-888-833-3454 option #3, or after hours, choose option #2.
