Call us immediately to report the loss or theft of a card. We will close the account and issue new cards. Call Payment Services toll-free at 888-833-3453, option 3, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time. After hours, call toll free at 888-833-3453, option 2, or click here to report a lost or stolen card.
