How do I initiate a stop payment online?

Answer:

Online Business Banking stop payments are limited to paper checks that have not already cleared the account. To place a stop payment, log into Online Business Banking and navigate to “Additional Services” then “Stop Payment”. Follow the on-screen prompts. A stop payment cannot be applied to debit card transactions. Refer to How do I dispute an unauthorized charge on my debit card? for additional information.
