Business Online Banking ACH files must be received by Thursday, October 6 in order to settle before the upcoming federal holiday (Monday, October 10). ACH files received on Friday, October 7 will not settle until Tuesday, October 11.

You must call First Interstate Bank Credit Cards at 1-855-342-3400 immediately upon receiving your statement and discuss this with a representative. They will be able to provide you with more details of this charge. If this does not clarify the matter we will investigate this and provide copies of the charge. First Interstate Bank is only able to do this if we are informed immediately of the situation.
