Starting May 15, 2023, we will issue our Spring 2023 Client Index Survey to all clients who have a valid email address on file and have given permission to receive marketing emails. The email will contain a secure link to the survey and does not ask for any sensitive information, such as account details or Social Security Number.
The survey is sent, and results aggregated, by our partners at Harland Customer Service Profiles LLC (CSP). The deadline for completing the survey is June 5, 2023.
Client feedback helps us make strategic decisions about products, services, opportunities, and areas for improvement. But we need a strong response rate for the results to be meaningful. Here’s what you need to know:
- The survey will only take about 5 minutes to complete.
- Client responses are anonymous and confidential.
- This information is vital to our future success; we care what clients think.
- Every comment is read by our Client Insights team.
- We take client privacy seriously. We do not spam.
