Every day brings new developments related to the Coronavirus outbreak, and First Interstate is committed to protecting you as best we can. I want to make sure you have the most updated information about what we're doing during this critical time.
Your health and safety is important to us. To protect our employees, clients, and communities, we have temporarily closed our branch lobbies, effective Tuesday, March 17. These closures, which align with guidance from local and state governments in several of the states in which we operate, are just part of First Interstate's efforts to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus. These closures will remain in effect until further notice.
Rest assured, we are still able to serve you through our drive-up lanes. And, as always, you may conduct your banking using Online Banking or our Mobile Banking app, as well as at the ATM. Don't forget, First Interstate is also part of the MoneyPass® ATM network, which means you have surcharge-free access to cash at over 25,000 ATMs throughout the country.
Although our lobbies are closed, our local bankers are still able and ready to assist you! While we are practicing social distancing, our bankers are available to take your phone calls and emails, and they may still meet individually with clients as needed. Call your local branch if you'd like to speak with a banker. We're always accessible. We know you rely on us every day for your financial needs, and we will continue to be here for you through this challenging time. If you haven't already done so, I encourage you to enroll in Online Banking or download our Mobile Banking app. With these free tools, you can access your accounts, pay bills, and deposit checks from anywhere, at any time.
Telebank options are available at 888-752-3341. If you have any questions or need assistance, our Client Contact Center is ready to help at 855-342-3400.
We're here for you.As your trusted community partner and neighbor, we understand that unforeseen events such as the Coronavirus outbreak can have a significant impact on your life and business. We want to remind you that we're here—in your corner—to talk about financial solutions. If you have questions or concerns regarding your finances, please reach out to your local banker today to discuss potential options.
Our team members. Our employees are our most valuable resource, and we understand that responding to this outbreak requires flexibility. Many of our employees are equipped to work remotely, and we are working to ensure more have the ability to do so. These changes are an adjustment for us, and we appreciate your patience, as you may experience higher than usual hold times when contacting us.
We will continue to keep you updated of our efforts via this dedicated Coronavirus page on our website. I want to personally thank you for choosing First Interstate. Together, we will persevere during this challenging time.
