To increase the protection of your financial information, we’ve recently changed the security requirements for Online Banking users who utilize third-party financial management software such as Quicken, QuickBooks, or Mint. Each time you access these programs and update financial information using your First Interstate Online Banking credentials, you will be prompted to complete a multi-factor authentication. You will receive a one-time verification/registration code in order to connect to Online Banking and retrieve your most recent balances and transactions.
If you have any questions regarding the new multi-factor authentication, please call the Client Contact Center at 855-342-3400.
