At First Interstate, we are focused on fostering diversity within our workforce, including our leadership.
Three of the executives who report to our CEO are women. Additionally, three of the 15 members of our Board of Directors are women. As of December 31, 2018, 65 percent of our supervisors were women and 73 percent of our entire workforce were women.
All three of First Interstate’s women executives were recently featured in a series on Women Leading the Finance Industry. Authority Magazine is an online publication that publishes interview series featuring authorities in business, film, sports, and tech.

Renee Newman
“At the end of the day, it becomes less a focus on gender and more a focus on talent.”
Newman has been First Interstate’s Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer since February 2018. She is responsible for all client-facing channels, including the branch network, the contact center, the client experience, wealth management, and marketing and communications.
Marcy Mutch
Mutch has been our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 2015. She contributes over 30 years of financial industry experience and expertise to First Interstate.
Jodi Delahunt Hubbell
Our Chief Operating Officer since 2018, Delahunt Hubbell oversees all operations functions across First Interstate.
