In collaboration with Gardner Company and Ball Ventures, LLC, First Interstate broke ground on a new branch in downtown Boise on June 12, 2018.
The branch will be located in a new five-story office building in Pioneer Crossing and is scheduled for completion in May 2019. At 127,000 square feet, the high-performance building will be as energy efficient as possible, providing a comfortable, client-friendly space that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. As Idaho Regional President Rob Perez notes, “this new office enables the bank to keep pace with our growth, bring various banking disciplines under the same roof, and create a collaborative and innovative work environment so we can do our very best for our employees and our customers.”
