Plans are underway for a new, 7,000 square foot branch to replace the existing fire-damaged structure at the Billings Heights (Montana) location. Demolition of the existing building will begin later this month; the new branch will open its doors for business in 2018.
Clients will be able to conduct business as usual throughout the construction process, as the temporary banking facility and drive-up lanes will remain open until the new branch is fully operational next year. “Demolition of the existing structure will be done in a manner that is least disruptive to our temporary facility and our clients,” said Tyler Crennen, Commercial Manager of the Heights branch.
When the new branch opens in 2018, clients will enjoy ample parking, enhanced traffic flow, and wider drive-up lanes. Dick Anderson Construction is the general contractor of the project; building design will be completed by CTA Architects Engineers. “Our new branch will feature a more open floor plan, providing our clients with convenient access to banking services,” said Michelle Fuss, Retail Manager. “The design is conducive to personal, one-on-one interaction between our clients and our knowledgeable bankers.”
