If you haven’t already, be sure to update the phone number for First Interstate Bank’s Client Contact Center (1-855-342-3400). The phone numbers previously used to access Bank of the Cascades’ Customer Support Center will not work as of March 6, 2018.

Attention Mobile Banking App for iPhone Users

Apple recently announced they are releasing their latest mobile phone operating system, iOS7, on September 18th. At this time, First Interstate Bank’s Mobile Banking App for iPhone is not compatible with iOS7. We are currently working on an upgrade, which will make our app compatible with operating system versions iOS5 through iOS7. All iPhone users will be notified by the App Store when the new release is available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Unfortunately, Apple did not give app developers sufficient notice of the change so that modifications could be made to apps affected by the new operating system. At this time, iOS7 appears to impact more secure applications. For example, an Angry Bird-type of application will not be affected by iOS7; however, apps that utilize Apple configuration for security, such as mobile banking, will be affected.

If you are an avid Mobile Banking App for iPhone user, we encourage you to hold off updating your operating system until our upgraded Mobile Banking App for iPhone has been released. If you have already updated your operating system and are experiencing difficulties with our Mobile Banking app, we recommend you utilize Text Banking or I-Bank Online Banking for your banking transactions until the upgraded app is available in the next couple of weeks.
