At First Interstate, we primarily rely on direct mail and phone calls to contact our customers regarding important account information. Therefore, it is vitally important we have your up-to-date mailing address, phone number, and email on file. Please take a moment to ensure we have your accurate contact information by doing one of the following:
- If you are an I-Bank Personal Online Banking customer, please login to your account and select the “Account Management” tab. Next, select the “Change of Address” link to view the mailing address currently on file. If this is not correct, please fill out the form with your new mailing address and submit. You may also submit an address change using the Secure Message System (SMS) within online banking. To update your email address, simply click on the “Options” tab.
- Visit your local branch to verify the contact information they have on file. You can find your branch’s contact information by using our Locations page. You will need to complete and sign a Change of Address Form if updates are needed.
- Call our Customer Support Center at 1-855-342-3400 (M-F 7:30am – 7pm and Sat 10am – 2pm MST) to verify your contact information on file. If a change is needed, they will send you a Change of Address Form to fill out and return.
