A Customer Service Representative will ask a few questions and process the request. PINs may be requested only by telephone, and must be mailed to the address listed on the account. Standard mailing time is approximately 7 to 10 days.
How do I get cash with my card?

What if I don't have enough points for the ticket I want?
You may redeem for a credit toward your flight, which are available in various increments. Any amount remaining will then be charged to your FirstRewards credit card. You may also purchase additional points by contacting 1-888-216-2893.
Do I have to use my FirstRewards credit card to pay for amounts in excess of my point redemption?
Only your FirstRewards credit card can be used to pay for amounts in excess to point redemption.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong with my flight?
You may contact the airline directly. You will receive airline contact information on your flight itinerary, which will be emailed to you after you redeem points for air travel.
What happens if I cancel a flight booked through FirstRewards?
Tickets and fees are non-changeable and non-refundable. Any changes to itinerary must be handled directly with the airline listed on your itinerary.
Do I have a cash option for redemption?
No, cash is not an option for redemption in the FirstRewards program. However, you may redeem points for a First Interstate Bank Mastercard® gift card in various increments.
Can I keep my points if I close my account?
No, all FirstRewards points will be forfeited upon account closure.
