First Interstate will migrate I-Corp clients to Treasury Banking Suite (TBS) on July 22, 2024.

Treasury Banking Suite (TBS) is a sophisticated digital platform that offers all the base features of Corporate Online Banking with added functionality. In addition to Automated Clearing House (ACH) origination, wire transfers, and tax payments, clients will gain improved administrative capabilities and user entitlements, extensive information reporting, secure browser access for increased fraud protection and security, and much more!

Conversion Timeline

To ensure your transition is successful and all data is transferred during the conversion, we recommend downloading the Conversion Guide and review it as you navigate the timeline below.

  • As Soon As Possible

    May 13 – July 18, 2024

    Complete the following items to help ensure a smooth transition of your current I-Corp services:

    • Verify the Bank has the current mailing address for your company.
    • Review all current administrators and users access and make any necessary changes.
    • Remove any inactive users.
    • Review ACH and/or Wire templates and make any necessary changes.
    • If you are creating new ACH payments from previous payment history rather than utilizing templates, you will need to save those payments as a template.
    • If you import NACHA files for ACH origination, reach out to your local Treasury Solutions Representative to validate that the ACH Company ID within I-Corp matches your NACHA files. Please have your files available to review.
  • Before Conversion Day

    We have developed resources to support you before and after the conversion. We recommend you review, download, or print the following:

    May 13 – July 19, 2024
  • Treasury Banking Suite Secure Browser

    To prepare for conversion, you will need to download and install the TBS Secure Browser. An internet connection and administration privileges on the computer are required.

    May 14 - July 08, 2024

    Please note, you will only be able to install the Secure Browser at this time and will be stopped at the Activation Key screen. You will receive an Activation Key, via email, prior to conversion. Be sure to review the Conversion Updates section for more information that will be shared in the coming weeks.

  • Sign Up and Attend Training

    July 9 – July 17, 2024

    *All training sessions are listed in Mountain Time zone

  • Last Day Before System Cutoff

    July 18, 2024

    Verify you have completed these tasks before I-Corp and Corporate Mobile Banking are no longer available. We recommend you download or print the following:

    • Bill Pay Payees
    • Recurring Bill Payments
    • Previous Online Statements
    • Deposit history if you utilize Remote Deposit Capture
    • ACH and/or Wire
      • Templates
      • Payment History
    • Future Dated and/or Recurring
      • ACH
      • Wires
      • Account Transfers
  • Business Bill Pay Access Unavailable

    July 19 – July 22, 2024

    Business Bill Pay access will end at 6:00 p.m. on July 19, 2024.

    Starting July 22, 2024, you may access Business Bill Pay through TBS and resume making payments.

    You should not make a payment through I-Corp Business Bill Pay, starting July 18, 2024, as we transition your access to TBS.

    The following will be transferred from I-Corp to TBS Business Bill Pay:

    • Payees
    • Recurring Payments
    • Future-Dated Payments
    • Payment History
    • Alerts/Email Reminders
  • I-Corp Access Ends 6:00 p.m. MT

    July 19, 2024

    Just a friendly reminder that you will no longer be able to access I-Corp. Verify your information has been reviewed, downloaded, or printed.

  • TBS Activation Key

    July 21 – July 22, 2024

    You will receive a welcome email from noreply@prolificbanking.fib.com including details regarding a one-time Activation Key. Complete the following items as soon as you obtain your Activation Key.

    • If you have not already installed the TBS Secure Browser, download before continuing.
    • Complete your first-time log in with the Activation Key. Refer to the Conversion Guide for additional information.
    • If you utilize the Corporate Mobile Banking app, download the new Treasury Banking Suite Mobile app.
      • The app is available to download for both iOS and Android through the Apple Store™ and Google Play™.
      • Once you open the app, similar to the Secure Browser activation process, a one-time Activation Key is required to log in via the TBS mobile app.
