Business Credit Card Statement Request

To request a business credit card statement, complete the fields below or call the First Interstate Bank Credit Card Division at 855-342-3400.

Statements will be mailed to the address on the account. The first three statements are free; after that, a $20 per hour research fee plus $1 per statement fee may be applied.
