Zero Liability:
Mastercard cardholders pay only for the purchases they have authorized on their U.S. issued Mastercard card and won’t be held liable in the event of an unauthorized purchase. The coverage extends to purchases made in a store, over the telephone, or online. Zero Liability is provided under the following conditions: the cardholder’s account is in good standing, the cardholder has exercised reasonable care in safeguarding their card, and the cardholder has not reported two or more unauthorized events in the past 12 months. Zero Liability does not apply to Mastercard cards (i) issued for commercial, business, or agriculture purposes, except for Mastercard commercial cards used for small businesses as listed on www.mastercard.us; (ii) if a PIN for debit transaction is used for the unauthorized purchase.
Mastercard® Global Services™:
Provides 24 hours a day/7 days a week customer service assistance with Lost and Stolen Card Reporting, Emergency Card Replacement, Emergency Cash Advance, as well as assistance with locating ATMs and help with account-related questions.
Mastercard® PriceAssure™:
Participating cardholders will have eligible flights bought on their enrolled Mastercard card monitored for price drops. Should Mastercard® PriceAssure™ identify a lower-priced ticket for that itinerary, the cardholder may be eligible to receive an airline credit for savings on future travel with that airline.
Extended Warranty Insurance:
Doubles the time period and duplicates the coverage of the original manufacturer’s or U.S. store brand warranty for a maximum of one year.
Price Protection:
Guarantees the best price on products purchased with an eligible card by providing a refund on the difference, if the cardholder finds a lower price within 60 days (120 days for World Debit™ cardholders) of purchase.
Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Provides up to $250 per product, if the cardholder becomes dissatisfied with the product within 60 days of purchase and the merchant will not accept the return.
