How do I dispute a charge on my personal credit card?

Category: Personal   Service: Credit Cards | Updated: August 28th, 2023

Answer:

The quickest way to dispute a transaction is to log into www.ezcardinfo.com and click the charge that you want to dispute. You can also call First Interstate Bank Credit Cards at 855-342-3400 immediately upon receiving your statement and discuss with a representative. They will be able to provide you with more details on this charge. If this does not clarify the matter, we will investigate and provide copies of the charge. First Interstate Bank is only able to do this if we are informed immediately of the situation.
