customers living in the Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota region. Process
may take 10-15 minutes.

- A valid form of identification including: Driver’s License,
State ID, Military ID, Tribal ID, or Passport.
- Previous home address (if you have lived at your current home
address less than two years).
- Credit Card, Debit Card, U.S. Checking or Savings account to
fund your new account(s).
- Email address
Existing Customer, you will need the following:

- US Social Security Number
- Any First Interstate Bank Account Number where you are a primary
signer.
- You will be prompted to verify the balance of an existing account.
Only the last 4 digits of the account will be shown.
- You will be prompted to verify the last 4 digits of a Day or
Evening phone number that First Interstate Bank has on file.
- Credit Card, Debit Card, U.S. Checking or Savings account to
fund your new account(s).
- Email address
In order to complete this process, you will need to print, complete,
sign, and mail account agreement(s) to:
