Mobile Banking Delivers

Mobile banking is the ultimate in on demand service.

MOBILE BANKING ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Log into Internet Banking using your Internet Banking Access ID and Password:

  • In "Access ID" field, enter your Internet Banking Access ID, and Click "Submit"
  • If prompted, answer your Internet Banking "Security Challenge" question and Click "Submit"
  • Verify your Internet Banking "Authentication Image"
  • In "Password" field, enter your Internet Banking Password and Click "Submit"

Once you have successfully logged into Internet Banking, select "Mobile Banking Enrollment" from "Options":

  • Click "Options", on Main Menu bar Click "Mobile Banking Enrollment, from "Options" drop down menu

Once you have successfully navigated to the "Mobile Banking Enrollment" page, complete the following fields:

  • Mobile Phone Number: In this field, enter your mobile phone number including area code
  • Carrier: From this drop down field, select your mobile service provider
  • Mobile Banking PIN: In this field, enter a 4 digit PIN of your choosing
  • Confirm Mobile Banking PIN: In this field, re-enter your PIN
  • Click "Submit"

Once you have returned to the "List of Accounts" page of Internet Banking, note the following message as confirmation that mobile enrollment was successful:

  • "Mobile Banking Enrollment Completed Successfully"

Log off of Internet Banking:

  • Click "Log Off" on main menu bar

Once Mobile Enrollment is complete, you will receive the initial text message on your mobile device from pcbank@fib.com:

  • Here is your OTP (One Time Password) ###### Click here to log in, http://firstinterstate.mobi

Once you have received your One Time Password (OTP) and Web Address/Link via the initial text message, note your OTP and log into Mobile Banking from your mobile device via the Web Address/Link included in the text initial message:

  • Note your One Time Password (OTP)
  • Browse to web address from your mobile device or click on the link if your mobile device has this capability.
  • Access ID: Enter your I-Bank Access ID One Time Password: Enter your OTP included in the initial text message you received Mobile PIN: Enter the PIN you just created during the Mobile Banking enrollment process
  • Click "Submit"
  • Note: Make sure you "Log Off" when you are finished.

After every log in, you will receive a new text message from pcbank@fib.com containing a new One Time Password (OTP) and Web Address/Link to Mobile Banking site for the next time you log in.

  • It is recommended that the web address be saved to internet favorites on your mobile device.

If you accidentally delete a text message, which includes your One Time Password (OTP) and Web Address/Link, you can request another One Time Password (OTP) and Web Address/Link text message by browsing to our mobile banking site from your mobile device:

  • Browse to https://mobi.firstinterstatebank.com/mbi_mbi1151/mbi1151.aspx?RID=3000&RTN=092901683"
  • Click "One Time Password"
  • Access ID: Enter your Internet Banking Access ID
  • Click "Submit" and a new One Time Password (OTP) and Web Address/Link text message will be sent to you.
