If you have not accessed your I-Pay account in the last 6 months it will be closed. Basic Internet Banking is free. Bill Payment is free the first two calendar months of service. Thereafter, Bill Payment services are free to most checking account holders.* All other checking customers can receive Bill Payment for $4.95 per month.** Fees are subject to change.
