Checking Low Balance Alert

Alert me when the balance of a checking account I specify falls below an amount I specify.

1. Log into I-Bank our Internet Banking service
2. Click the “New” link next to “Checking Alerts”, in the “Alerts” section of your I-Bank Account Summary page
3. Select desired Account Alert, from the “Select Checking Alerts Type” drop down box
4. Click “Next”
5. Select account number
6. Enter threshold amount
7. Enter 10 Minutes (how often the system checks for new account activity, not how often you will receive an alert)
8. Select E-mail or Online Alert Box, to send alert to
9. If E-mail option is selected, enter email or sms/text message address
10. If Online Alert Box option is selected, alerts can be viewed by clicking the Alerts link in the Alerts section of your I-Bank account summary page
11. Click Submit
12. If setup was successful, you will be presented with a confirmation page
13. To close out of Alerts setup or to set up additional Alerts, click “View Accounts”

Checking Deposit Alert

Alert me when a deposit has been presented to the checking account I specify

1. Log into I-Bank our Internet Banking service
2. Click the “New” link next to “Checking Alerts”, in the “Alerts” section of your I-Bank Account Summary page
3. Select desired Account Alert, from the “Select Checking Alerts Type” drop down box
4. Click “Next”
5. Select account number
6. Enter 10 Minutes (how often the system checks for new account activity, not how often you will receive an alert)
7. Select E-mail or Online Alert Box, to send alert to
8. If E-mail option is selected, enter email or sms/text message address
9. If Online Alert Box option is selected, alerts can be viewed by clicking the Alerts link in the Alerts section of your I-Bank account summary page

Checking Balance Change Alert

Alert me when the balance of a checking account I specify has changed

Note: Expect to receive this alert late in the evening or early in the morning.

1. Log into I-Bank our Internet Banking service
2. Click the “New” link next to “Checking Alerts”, in the “Alerts” section of your I-Bank Account Summary page
3. Select desired Account Alert, from the “Select Checking Alerts Type” drop down box
4. Click “Next”
5. Select account number
6. Select E-mail or Online Alert Box, to send alert to
7. If E-mail option is selected, enter email or sms/text message address
8. If Online Alert Box option is selected, alerts can be viewed by clicking the Alerts link in the Alerts section of your I-Bank account summary page
9. Click Submit

Electronic Withdrawal Alert

Alert me when an electronic transaction exceeding an amount I specify has been presented to the checking account I specify

Note: You may receive this alert for checks if a merchant converts checks to an electronic transaction.

1. Log into I-Bank our Internet Banking service
2. Click the “New” link next to “Checking Alerts”, in the “Alerts” section of your I-Bank Account Summary page
3. Select desired Account Alert, from the “Select Checking Alerts Type” drop down box
4. Click “Next”
5. Select account number
6. Enter threshold amount
7. Enter 10 Minutes (how often the system checks for new account activity, not how often you will receive an alert)
8. Select E-mail or Online Alert Box, to send alert to

Check Cleared Alert

Alert me when a check number I specify has cleared my checking account
